in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service & Training Executive to support our bakery outlets by ensuring frontline staff deliver friendly, efficient and consistent customer service across all locations. You will train, coach and guide staff on customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques and service standards, and work with Area Managers to identify improvements and maintain a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Min 3–4 years of experience in customer service, retail, F&B, bakery or similar.
• Experience in staff training and coaching is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and confident when training frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite/ in-house customer service training for new and existing staff.
• Train staff on greetings, product recommendations and service handling.
• Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor outlets to ensure friendly, professional service and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Area Managers on corrective actions and training needs.
• Prepare training records and reports for management.
