Job summary

Ministry Of Social And Family Development is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead DataSphere delivery and data governance efforts. You will onboard datasets, manage data quality, and collaborate with MSF divisions and partners to enable analytics and informed decision-making.

The role requires building clear data requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and promoting adoption of DataSphere across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics or digital product delivery.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality and data stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements for DataSphere.
• Support product planning, prioritisation and tracking of deliverables.
• Onboard and integrate datasets, manage data quality and data mapping.
• Engage stakeholders across divisions to drive adoption of DataSphere.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues and enable usage.
