Job summary

IoTalents Pte. Ltd. seeks a Datadog Engineer to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end monitoring across apps, infra, cloud, and networks. You will leverage Datadog APM, Logs, RUM, Metrics, and Synthetics to boost reliability and performance.

You will develop dashboards, alerts, service maps, and custom monitoring solutions, and integrate with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and OpsGenie. Strong collaboration with SRE and Dev teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in monitoring, infrastructure, or application support.
• 3+ years of hands-on Datadog experience across APM, Logs, Metrics, RUM, and Synthetics.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs, and traces.
• Experience with Terraform and ITIL processes is an advantage.
