• Own the end-to-end database conversation from migration to open-source architectures.
• Define and execute account-level go-to-market plans for AWS database technologies.
• Lead customer engagements related to database platform strategy, migration planning, and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end database conversation from commercial database migration to open-source conversion.
• Drive Database GTM strategy with account-level plans.
• Be the domain authority for database platform strategy and migration planning.
• Bridge technical and business stakeholders, articulating risks, TCO, and trade-offs to C-suite.
• Identify migration paths and prove out open-source alternatives for workload patterns.
• Co-develop GTM motions for new product launches and capture customer insights for roadmap.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver database migration and modernization programs at scale.
