Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking a seasoned commissioning specialist to support the database and document control across Oil & Gas and wind projects. The incumbent will focus on accuracy, input drawings and clearance notes, and ensure alignment with SLD, P&IDs, and other project documents.

The role requires strong MS Excel/Word skills, familiarity with ship systems, and coordination with site teams for progress updates and latest revisions.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of commissioning experience in Oil & Gas or wind farm sectors.
• Experience with database setup and input of drawings, punch lists, and clearance notes.
• Familiar with permit-to-work and lock-out tag-out procedures; MS Excel/Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Improve work safety and work quality on site.
• Input drawings, punch lists, and clearance notes into the database.
• Ensure checks against project documents such as SLD, P&IDs, D&IDs.
• Coordinate with site team for progress updates and use latest drawings.
• Assist Commissioning/Project Manager with daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Read drawings and input into database; perform length/angle/unit conversions.
