Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a commissioning database specialist to ensure data integrity for project completion.

You will input drawings, punch lists, and clearance notes into the commissioning database, coordinate with site teams for progress updates, and assist with daily to monthly reporting. Candidates should have 5+ years in Oil & Gas or wind farm commissioning, be proficient with PIMS-CMS/WinPCS/ProCoSys/ICAPS, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/ Wind Farm industry.
• Possess working experience related to Database set-up.
• Familiar with project completion management systems including PIMS, FIC, Sispen, and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Project Completion process and ship systems.
• Familiar with permit-to-work systems and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
• Familiar with Project Specifications, Technical and HSE Standards.
• Familiar with Completion Management System databases such as PIMS-CMS, WinPCS, ProCoSys, ICAPS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain database accuracy as a core value of commissioning activities.
• Input drawings, punch lists and clearance notes into the database.
• Read and input drawings and clearance notes, and input into database.
• Coordinate with site team for progress updates and ensure latest revisions are used.
• Assist the Commissioning Manager/Project Manager for daily, weekly or monthly reports.
• Perform calculations on lengths, angles, scales, and unit conversions.
• Marks up drawings with system and sub-system boundaries.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Clear understanding of Project Completion process and familiar with ship system
• Read all drawings, punch list and clearance notes and input into database
• Ensures proper checks and verifications against project documents such as SLD, P&IDs, D&IDs, etc
• Input all drawings, punch list and clearance notes
• Performs calculation on the arithmetic on lengths, angles, scales, conversion of unit etc
• Marks up drawings with system / sub-system boundaries
• Coordinates with site team for progress updates and ensure team members are using latest revisions of the drawings
• Assists the Commissioning Manager / Project Manager for Daily, Weekly, or Monthly reports
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Job Requirements
