Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned commissioning engineer to develop and manage execution plans for mechanical systems on FPSO topsides. The role demands minimum 8-10 years of experience in commissioning within Oil & Gas or Offshore Wind projects, specifically over 3 years in FPSO projects.
The ideal candidate must exhibit leadership in commissioning methodologies and uphold international HSE standards. This position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, located in Singapore with provided transportation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and manage commissioning execution plans for mechanical systems on FPSO topsides and hull.
Define subsystem boundaries and validate mechanical drawings for commissioning.
Review CMS database customization, checksheet allocation, and punch list management for mechanical discipline.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and HSE requirements.
Prepare and endorse commissioning procedures, method statements, and risk assessments for mechanical activities.
Ensure safe energization and mechanical system readiness under PTW and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Represent the project during FAT for mechanical equipment and utility packages.
Liaise with vendors, construction teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues impacting system readiness.
Supervise and mentor commissioning engineers and technicians during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and functional testing of pumps, compressors, piping systems, cranes, HVAC, mechanical handling equipment, and utility packages.
Oversee subsystem completion, joint inspections, and punch list closure for handover from construction to commissioning.
Review and approve commissioning dossiers, red-line mark-ups, and final documentation for project close-out.
