Job summary

Apar Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Data Project Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics, cloud, data migration and digital transformation programmes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and engage senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Role requires 10+ years in project management, strong governance, and hands-on experience with data platforms, ETL/ELT and data governance.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management.
Proven experience delivering Data, Analytics, Cloud, Data Migration or Digital Transformation projects.
Strong experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and technical workstreams.
Knowledge of Cloud Data Architecture, AWS and/or GCP is preferred.
Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines and data governance.
Strong budget, resource, vendor and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics, cloud and digital transformation projects.
Coordinate project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, resources and milestones.
Manage multiple workstreams involving data engineers, data architects, analysts, data scientists, cloud, DevOps, QA, security and governance teams.
Provide regular programme updates to senior stakeholders and executives.
Lead governance meetings, steering committees and project reviews.
Oversee data platforms, data pipelines, data warehouses and migrations.
