Job summary

Ubisoft Singapore is seeking a data scientist to design, build and scale AI-powered products within the Asia Intelligence team. You will work with engineers, analysts and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ML solutions that drive player engagement and retention.

You will contribute to personalization and decisioning systems, support AI agent architectures, and translate complex needs into pragmatic, scalable models with a focus on shipped outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied Data Science or ML delivering production models or AI products.
• Proven ability to ship measurable outcomes to end users.
• Strong collaboration across designers, analysts, and engineers.
• Pragmatic, fast-moving, and delivery-oriented problem solver.
• Comfort working across disciplines with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ML models and AI products in production.
• Contribute to personalization, segmentation, propensity scoring, and Next Best Action.
• Support AI agent architectures and automation workflows at scale.
• Translate stakeholder needs into pragmatic solutions balancing scope and speed.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure model adoption.
