Job summary

DIDI MOBILITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Engineer to help build and scale AI systems that power our products and platforms in Singapore.

You will deliver end-to-end AI solutions from experimentation through deployment and monitoring, combining classical ML, deep learning, and generative AI. You will design, train, evaluate, and deploy AI models at scale, optimizing pipelines and infrastructure while ensuring reliability and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and C++ with solid CS fundamentals.
• Experience building and deploying ML/AI systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions including LLMs and generative AI.
• Develop and optimise large-scale AI models from prototype to production.
• Establish robust evaluation, testing, and monitoring for AI systems.
• Own the architectural design of AI components and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate research into features.
• Follow ML development best practices: data versioning, training, evaluation, monitoring, responsible AI.
