Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, data preparation, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools, cloud platforms, big data technologies, and model deployment frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to address business challenges.
• Prepare, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data for analysis and modeling.
• Design statistical experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate validation techniques.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical solutions into business processes.
• Monitor deployed models and refine them to maintain accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Research emerging data science methods, tools, and technologies to improve analytical capabilities.
• Present technical findings and recommendations in a clear, practical manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
