Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is hiring a Data Scientist (AI & Machine Learning) to lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring. You will build forecasting and optimisation models, collaborate with Data/Software Engineers to deploy models in cloud and air-gapped environments, and drive experimentation with time-series, anomaly detection, Computer Vision, and NLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Data Science experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, and MLOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau for data visualisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and Machine Learning projects, from business problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.
• Develop ML, AI, and optimisation models for forecasting, resource optimisation, reliability improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to deploy AI/ML models in cloud and air-gapped production environments.
• Drive experimentation using AI techniques such as time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, Computer Vision, and NLP.
