Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Data Scientist to join the AI Lab. You will develop and deploy predictive models, analyze large data sets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.

You will build scalable AI services, stay current with advances in machine learning and generative AI, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. A strong foundation in Python/SQL and a passion for data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science or generative AI solutions development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or modern web frameworks is a strong plus for building end-to-end AI applications.
• Experience with STT/TTS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for using data to drive business decisions.
