OCBC is seeking a senior Data Scientist in Singapore to advance AI and ML initiatives across multiple business domains. You will design, implement and scale models, including generative and predictive systems, while shaping customer experiences and operational efficiency.

You will partner with data engineers, product managers and business stakeholders to translate insights into impactful solutions, staying current with GenAI trends and cloud-based ML workflows.

Formación

• Degree in CS/Math/Stats or related field.
• 6–12 years hands-on data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries.
• Experience with DL, NLP or RL; exposure to big data tech (Hadoop/Spark).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Curious mindset with passion for continuous learning and experimentation.

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for GenAI copilots, recommendations, RAG and related tasks.
• Build and scale predictive and generative models using modern ML frameworks.
• Explore Agentic AI concepts to automate decision-making and enhance customer engagement.

• Develop compelling data stories through advanced visualization and storytelling techniques.

Who You Are

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 6-12 years of hands-on experience in data science
• Proficient in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with SQL
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation
