Job summary

Axiom, a global leader in legal talent, is hiring Data Privacy Compliance Consultants in Singapore to guide data protection programs and DPIAs for APAC clients. The role involves translating regulatory requirements into practical controls and delivering privacy training.

You will update policies, support cross-border compliance with local laws, and collaborate with counsel to align with PDPA and regional regimes. Flexible remote/onsite/hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in data privacy/compliance with privacy frameworks.
• Hands-on DPIA experience and ability to translate regulatory requirements into controls.
• Good understanding of PDPA and cross-border privacy issues; regional exposure helpful.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder training skills; legal background a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive data protection programme: update policies and guidance for compliant handling of data.
• Lead DPIAs end-to-end and advise on risks and mitigations.
• Support cross-border privacy compliance for APAC with local counsel.
• Design and deliver privacy training and practical day-to-day compliance guidance.
