ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd invites you to join a dynamic team supporting data operations and analytics initiatives within the Govt Sector. Located at Labrador Tower, near Labrador Park MRT, this role offers a 12-month contract starting 1 September 2026 with a salary of S$4,200 per month.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT/IS/BA, is proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word, and can work independently with strong communication and coordination skills to support Data Ops projects such as MCDR,

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Singaporean only; strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of Data Ops projects, including MCDR, HEALIX and Tableau.
• Monitor the Data Ops mailbox and coordinate incoming requests.
• Track requests using internal systems and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and monitor service turnaround times (SLAs).
• Support user onboarding and data access requests.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Data Operations and Data Engineering teams.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
