Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services is seeking a capable IT/Data Ops support professional in Singapore for a 1-year contract. You will assist in daily operations across MCDR, HEALIX and Tableau projects, monitor the Data Ops mailbox, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of MCDR, HEALIX, and Tableau projects.
• Monitor Data Ops mailbox, track requests, and coordinate with the team.
• Prepare weekly reports and monitor service turnaround times (SLAs).
• Assist with user onboarding and data access requests.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Data Ops and Data Engineering teams.
