Job summary

PROJECT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically strong Data Migration Consultant to support a large-scale SAP transformation in Singapore.

You will assist the Data Migration Lead with hands-on activities to migrate data from legacy systems into the new ERP platforms, coordinating with the implementation partner and internal teams. The role requires deep experience in ETL, data mapping, cleansing and validation, plus familiarity with SAP migration tools.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ERP data migration, ideally SAP/S/4HANA transformations.
• Deep knowledge of ETL, data mapping, transformation, cleansing and validation.
• Experience with SAP migration tools such as SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit/LTMC, LTMOM, Syniti, or LSMW.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Migration Lead in end-to-end migration activities.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner on data extraction, mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading and reconciliation.
• Analyze source data and support source-to-target mapping and transformation needs.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and investigate migration quality issues.
• Assist mock migrations, test loads and production cutover activities.
• Coordinate with business/data owners to resolve data quality and mapping issues.
• Review migration outputs from the partner and identify issues or gaps.
• Track and troubleshoot migration defects through resolution.

Working as part of the client-side transformation team, this person will support the Data Migration Lead with the hands-on technical activities required to successfully migrate data from legacy systems into the new ERP platforms, while working closely with the implementation partner and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Data Migration Lead in executing end-to-end data migration activities.
• Work closely with the implementation partner on data extraction, mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading and reconciliation.
• Analyse source data and support source-to-target mapping and transformation requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and investigation of migration errors/data quality issues.
• Support mock migration cycles, test loads and production migration/cutover activities.
• Work with business/data owners to resolve data quality and mapping issues.
• Review technical migration outputs from the implementation partner and identify issues or gaps.
• Track and troubleshoot migration defects through to resolution.
