Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Data & Marketing Senior Executive or Supervisor in Kallang. You will blend data analysis with marketing leadership to create datasets and insights that drive sales strategy and guide targeted marketing actions.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 4–9 years of relevant experience; proficiency in Excel and Power BI/Tableau; and willingness to travel overseas for events. Working days are Mon–Fri, 8:15am–5:30pm, with overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–9 years of relevant experience.
• Proven data-driven marketing, campaign execution, and lead-generation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential: set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, drive execution.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; experience building reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Combine data analysis and marketing leadership to drive sales insights and market development using Microsoft, SAP, and Company software.
• Build datasets and reports that define sales direction and turn data-driven insights into targeted marketing actions.
• Lead integrated B2B marketing activities—promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement—and guide the marketing team toward measurable growth.
