Job summary

InfoCepts is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee project operations and ensure timely delivery of objectives. The role requires hands-on management, stakeholder coordination, and strict adherence to timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, proven PM experience (preferably in government or IT data projects), and strong analytical and communication skills to drive project success across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Proven experience in project management and execution, preferably in the government sector.
Experience in IT projects related to data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

Experience in managing project in Agile/ Waterfall.
Take ownership of project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Oversee day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination of activities to ensure smooth project progress.
Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating project status, risks, milestones, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans and schedules to meet business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for service agreement escalation, addressing any service-related issues and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.
Ensure projects deliver on time and within budget by closely monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
