Job summary

NetLink Trust is seeking a Data Management Associate Engineer to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Network Inventory systems. You will work with IT and operations to manage data from multiple sources and support as-built reports and GPS readings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong project management and communications skills.
• Team player, quick learner, and goal-oriented.
• Experience with GIS environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of network rollout or implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Network Inventory system
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to manage data from various sources (e.g., via data integration)
• Work closely with the operations team on as-built reports, fibre loss readings, and GPS readings submissions
• Commission projects related to fibre cables, ducts, and manhole projects
• Ensure data is up-to-date and aligned with the actual on-site situation
• Support service trail migrations during diversions and fibre cut scenarios
• Provide training and support to staff on data management tools and procedures
• Support data analysis and reporting needs for both internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and track data errors encountered in production
