Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking an Assistant Manager (Temporary, 6 months) to support the Data Insights Unit. The role focuses on coordinating DIU projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deliverables.

The incumbent will oversee operations, provide user training, gather feedback, and offer administrative support as required, leveraging a background in project coordination and healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience in clinical work, hospital operations or research coordination is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DIU projects and programmes to ensure KPIs and outcomes are met.
• Oversee daily operations in DIU, including planning and tracking project timelines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
• Conduct training for users, gather feedback, and ensure correct usage of systems.
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.
