Job summary

The role emphasizes data quality, documentation, and communicating findings with clear narratives and recommendations. Experience with Excel/Tableau, SQL, Python or R is valued, along with familiarity with NLP or AI methods.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in data analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, public policy, social sciences or a related discipline, with relevant experience in data analysis or operations analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau or equivalent is expected. Experience with SQL, Python or R, and familiarity with text analytics, NLP or generative AI would be an advantage.
• Experience with public-sector data or case-management data is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Turn operational, programme and policy questions into reliable insights.
• Develop dashboards and analytical products using structured and unstructured data.
• Support programme evaluation and management reporting.
• Conduct data quality reviews, documentation and data dictionaries.
• Apply text analytics or AI-assisted methods to extract insights from case notes and documents.
• Provide guidance to teams on metrics, methods and data storytelling.
