Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented data support assistant in Ubi for a 3-month contract. The role involves data entry, report preparation, data validation, and basic customer enquiries.

You will work Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, onsite in Ubi, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency ( Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP ), and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly accurate.
• Able to work independently while following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, document processing, and data validation accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Handle basic customer enquiries using approved templates.
• Support administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
