Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Analytics Assistant for a 3-month contract at our Ubi office. You will perform data entry, document processing, data validation, and support reporting efforts.

You will prepare reports, spreadsheets and databases, analyze data to provide insights for business decisions, handle basic customer enquiries using approved templates and support ad hoc administrative duties. Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly accurate.
• Able to work independently while following established procedures.

Responsibilities
