Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a temporary Data Officer for the Manpower Planning & Strategy Division, Community Care Manpower Branch. The contract runs from 2 October 2026 to 1 October 2027, with an hourly rate of $22.23 for degree holders and diploma holders with relevant experience.

Responsibilities include data collection, cleaning, and analysis across ILTC-IS datasets, preparing annual analyses, and coordinating with IT and HF teams to improve data modules on

Qualifications

• Degree holders with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
• Diploma holders with relevant years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication, with ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience in data collection, data cleaning, validation or reconciliation would be advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, data cleaning, and the management of data arising from the ILTC-IS database.
• Preparation of annual local-foreign and attrition analyses.
• Review of ILTC-IS module and SOPs; work with IT and HF teams to develop new manpower data module on SuSy platform.
• Assist in ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
• Assist in other administrative tasks for the team, including setting up of meetings.
