Job summary

Health Promotion Board invites a governance-minded Senior Manager to lead data governance, standards, and partnerships for the National Lifestyle Repository. You will shape trust and integrity of a national lifestyle data platform and guide cross-agency collaboration to enable scalable data use in health programmes.

You will translate policy into technical standards, design consent workflows, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure compliant data sharing with partners of varying capability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data governance, cross-agency stakeholder management, and data partnerships.
• Experience defining data governance frameworks and data standards.
• Proficiency with Python or R for data governance tasks.
• Ability to translate policy into technical standards.
• Experience with consent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance frameworks and data standards for the NLR to ensure data integrity and trustworthiness.
• Manage complex multi-agency engagements, negotiating data sharing and governance requirements.
• Define data standards, technical specs, and acceptance criteria for data ingestion and quality across domains.
• Design consent policies and data sharing safeguards for scalable data flows across partners.
• Maintain data dictionaries, lineage, and metadata; oversee data product lifecycle and handovers.
