HFSE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guidance Counselor to develop and implement a comprehensive counselling program for students. The role involves addressing academic, social, emotional, and career needs through targeted interventions and support services.

The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators and teachers to continuously enhance the guidance offerings and monitor outcomes to drive student success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
Experience in counseling, education, or related field, often with a focus on working with children or adolescents.
Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop the school's guidance and counselling program.
Design and implement counselling strategies and interventions to address the diverse academic, social, emotional, and career needs of students.
Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to identify areas for program enhancement and ensure the effective delivery of counselling services.
Regularly assess the impact and effectiveness of counselling initiatives through data analysis, student feedback, and outcome evaluations, and make adjustments as needed to improve program outcomes.
