Job summary

PropertyGuru is looking for a Content Editor who can turn market data into compelling stories for readers across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. You’ll work at the intersection of data and storytelling, turning insights from pricing trends, listing performance, and audience behavior into articles, reports, social content, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience spanning real estate, content, analytics, or a combination.
• Solid grounding in the Singapore property market - residential, commercial, or both.
• A genuine comfort with numbers.
• A background in editorial, content, or communications - you know how to write for an audience, not just an inbox.
• Experience working with or pitching to media is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Dig into property market data (pricing trends, listing performance, search behaviour, transaction volumes) and pull out the insights that matter.
• Turn insights into articles, reports, social content, and campaigns that are genuinely useful or interesting to read.
• Work with data, research, and product teams to get the numbers right before you write a word.
• Push back on weak angles and ensure headlines are supported by data.
• Keep a consistent editorial voice across formats: long-form articles, quick-hit social posts, newsletters, agent-facing content.
