This full-time, on-site role focuses on property news across Singapore and the wider region, exploring people, deals, developments, trends and ideas shaping the market. No prior property experience is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You will report on breaking news, conduct interviews, attend launches, and translate complex market data into clear, engaging stories.

No prior property experience is required. Ifyou’re interested in business, investment, design, architecture, technology orhow urban spaces are changing, there are plenty of stories here to explore.

What you’ll do:

• Report onbreaking news and features, track market trends, and draw on analysis fromindustry experts on real estate in Singapore and the region.


• Interview realestate developers, investors, architects, agents, analysts, homeowners andother newsmakers or industry figures.


• Attend propertylaunches, site visits, media briefings and industry events.


• Dig intotransactions and market data to spot the story behind the numbers.


• Turn complexsubjects into clear, engaging stories.


• Buildrelationships with sources and grow your own network of contacts over time.


• Find and pitchoriginal story ideas — which may range from major property deals and newbuildings to emerging neighbourhoods, entrepreneurs, and changing ways ofliving and working.


• Work with editorsto sharpen your reporting, writing and storytelling skills.
