Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data-Driven Projects Manager to lead data, BI and AI initiatives from strategy to delivery in Singapore. You will own end-to-end delivery, align business requirements with data and technology, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The role involves coordinating with business users, analysts and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of data-driven solutions. 3–4 years of PM experience in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant project management experience within data, analytics, BI, technology or digital transformation environments.
• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through delivery.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses and analytics platforms.

Lead Data-Driven Projects from Strategy to Delivery

Are you an experiencedProject Managerwith exposure to data, analytics, business intelligence or digital transformation? Take ownership of projects that connectbusiness requirements, data and technologyto deliver practical solutions and measurable business outcomes.

We are seeking aData & Digital Transformation Project Managerto manage initiatives across Data, BI, Analytics and AI. You will work closely with business users, technology teams, analysts and external partners to drive projects from initial requirements and planning through implementation, deployment and adoption.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end delivery ofdata, analytics, BI and AI projects, covering requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, implementation and post-project review.
• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and success criteria.
• Build and maintainproject plans, Gantt charts, milestones and delivery trackersto monitor progress and identify potential delays.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clearfunctional and technical specificationsfor data, IT and analytics teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, data analysts, governance functions and other project participants.
• Monitor project deliverables and performance, prepare regular status updates, and coordinate actions required to address project risks or issues.
• Support user acceptance, implementation andpost-deployment adoptionto ensure solutions deliver the intended business value.
• Manage external vendors and service providers, monitoring deliverables, timelines, contractual requirements and service performance.
• Coordinate the implementation ofData, BI, Analytics and AI solutionsthat enhance reporting, business intelligence, decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and strengthen collaboration between business and technology functions.

What We're Looking For

• Degree inData Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Scienceor a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of relevant project management experiencewithin data, analytics, BI, technology or digital transformation environments.
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple stages, frominitiation and planning through implementation and delivery.
• Familiarity withdata pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses and analytics platforms.
• Strong project planning, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator who can engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating withincross-functional project teams.
• Able to handle sensitive business and personal data with a high level ofintegrity, confidentiality and discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable and results-oriented, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
