Job summary

Proskill Workforce Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee data centre projects, focusing on M&E installation works. You will coordinate resources, supervise site activities and manage vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting and communication skills, with 5+ years in enterprise/IT project management and a background in M&E systems. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant enterprise/IT project management experience for turnkey data centre site prep.
• Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Experience in UPS and thermal equipment installation within data centre industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee project implementation, including M&E installation at data centre sites.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Supervise site activities and ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Attend project and progress meetings and provide timely updates to customers.
• Manage project teams, monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project activities from purchase order through installation, completion and payment.
