Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a Data Centre Manufacturing Team Leader in Singapore to oversee shift operations for data centre enclosures. You will lead technicians, ensure on-time production, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts and familiarity with MES/ERP systems. On-site work in Tampines, with training in the initial period and ongoing supervision of a dynamic production team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related engineering field.
• Experience leading shift teams in high-precision manufacturing.
• Familiar with shop floor systems and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing associates during shifts to meet daily targets.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to optimise production lines.
• Monitor quality, cycle times, and KPIs, escalate issues promptly.
