Job summary

B-Global Tech is seeking a Senior Architect to lead data centre design and delivery from concept through construction. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust, compliant designs.

The role requires 8+ years post-qualification experience in an architectural consultancy, strong BIM skills (Revit) and fluency in English. Hybrid work, laptop provided, and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (ARB/RIBA or equivalent).
• Part III qualification or full professional registration preferred; candidates working towards registration are welcome.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of data centre and architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Develop site planning, massing, and layouts to optimize efficiency and cooling.
• Prepare and oversee architectural drawings, specs, and permit submissions.
• Coordinate designs with MEP, structural, civil, and fire protection systems.
• Mentor junior architects and supervise technical design work.
