Job summary

Keppel DC Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a CAB Approver and as a Trainer for Data Center Facility Equipment across APAC.

The role combines change-management oversight with hands-on training development for electrical, mechanical, and general facility systems. The ideal candidate will lead SMEs, enhance training materials, and leverage AI-driven learning tools to create engaging, self-paced courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• CAB Approver: Evaluate changes for feasibility, risk, impact, and alignment with policies; review and approve change requests affecting facility infrastructure; maintain documentation and participate in CAB meetings.
• Trainer: Develop and deliver training programs on electrical, mechanical and facility systems; organize workshops and simulations; create AI-assisted online courses, assessments and knowledge checks from incidents and lessons learned.
