The role sits in the Critical and Technical Services group, focusing on technical maintenance in critical client environments. Responsibilities include inspecting Mechanical & Engineering systems, responding to BMS alarms, and coordinating with vendors to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Training in a technical discipline with an apprenticeship or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
• Meet physical requirements of the role.
• Ability to present information clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in task execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Ensure environmental conditions support a safe work environment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with processes and laws.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance per established procedures.
• Check BMS for running/alarm conditions and address HVAC issues.
