Google LLC is seeking a Data Center Strategic Negotiator to shape Google's infrastructure expansion across Asia Pacific. You will combine real estate know-how with tech-sector insight to negotiate cost-effective data center space and related utilities, partnering with project teams, vendors and authorities.

You will lead portfolio-level site development and advise leadership on portfolio strategy, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and compliant, innovative agreements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development for data center capacity, site selection or acquisition.
• Experience in collocation agreements, site selection for industrial projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, utility agreements negotiation, implementing clean energy initiatives, or financial modeling.
• Experience managing projects and timelines within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, define, and pursue site selection projects to meet Google's data center needs.
• Lead site evaluations, monitor progress, and provide status reports and financial metrics.
• Acquire data centers and develop strategic agreements with vendors, landowners, and key suppliers.
• Manage growth at existing sites and track portfolio management issues for site/infrastructure development.
• Foster an open, collaborative workplace.
