This role requires 10+ years in project or construction management, a bachelor's in engineering or related field, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or construction management for green/brown field data center projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, construction management or architecture.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; excellent English communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional data center green/brown field projects.
• Support country project leads across initiation to closing.
• Develop master program, charter and project processes.
• Source specialists and SMEs for delivery teams.
• Translate business requirements into deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cash flows.
• Lead tender and admin processes.
• Report progress and expenditures to management.
• Ensure ES&H compliance by contractors.
• Read and interpret design/construction drawings.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide updates.
• Foster quality assurance within the team.
• Ensure projects meet standards and regulations.
• Travel 20-25% regionally.
