Astreya Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage assets, resources, and schedules, monitor change control, and ensure on-time delivery within budget in a dynamic, global IT environment.

Work with SDMs/Project Managers, regional teams, and stakeholders to track KPIs, produce reports, and identify process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and professional decorum.

Qualifications

• Require an Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent with 2–5 years’ related experience.
• Strong internal and external relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to use judgment within defined procedures and adapt to regional work hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and/or project management tools.
• Understanding of or experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage asset and material across data centers and warehouses.
• Provide weekly project updates and action item follow-ups.
• Schedule reviews and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate status to project team and stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures and track work hours.
• Identify issues and escalate to client manager when needed.
• Collaborate with regional teams on resources and ticket resolution.
• Generate regular reports and identify trends for process improvement.
• Support PMs/SDMs with KPI metrics and actionable insights.
