Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data Center operations.
• Proficiency in managing Data Center infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and network systems, with demonstrated skills in fault management, system installation, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team to develop skills and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to manage, support, and maintain servers, routers, switches, and network infrastructure within a Data Center environment to ensure operational reliability.
• Oversee and execute network configuration changes and troubleshoot faults to maintain continuous Data Center network performance.
• Ensure accurate installation, configuration, and operation of Data Center systems and equipment to meet operational standards.
• Manage and optimize Data Center capacity specifications and resources to support current and future operational demands.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues related to Data Center networks or servers to minimize downtime and service disruption.
• Implement and monitor system service and configuration changes to maintain seamless Data Center operations.
• Act as liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to facilitate communication and coordinate data center activities effectively.
