Job summary

Facade Today in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and DC Operations professional to support daily management of data center facilities, respond to service requests, and handle emergency calls during shifts. The role requires technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and a commitment to upholding safety and uptime.

You will monitor critical M&E equipment, brief shift technicians, manage subcontractors, record readings, and ensure alarms are attended promptly.

Qualifications

ITE/Nitec/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or facilities management.
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment.
Familiarity with PLCs, building management systems, and control systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain positive relationships with clients and respond to service requests promptly.
Assist DC Operations Lead in daily management and preventive maintenance for 100% uptime of critical M&E systems.
Monitor and respond to alarms (EPMS, BMS, Fire) and escalate per plan.
Record instrument readings, stock levels, and log faults during daily DC walkthroughs.
Induct subcontractors and ensure compliance with health, safety and operating procedures.
Brief Shift Duty Technician on outstanding issues and handover notes.
Prepare incident and field service reports; adhere to CE policies.
