Job summary

TITANICOM TECH (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Technician to support daily operations in our IDC. The role requires performing 24×7 rotating shifts and ensuring smooth operation of data centre facilities according to Alibaba Cloud standards.

Responsibilities include incident response, ticket handling, routine inspections, equipment installation, and adherence to SOPs. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of servers, networking, cabling and data centre operations.
Able to perform shift work (24×7 rotating shifts).
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform 24×7 rotating shift duties in the IDC.
Respond to incidents and execute work orders in accordance with SLA requirements.
Monitor IDC environment and equipment through routine inspections.
Identify operational risks and escalates incidents promptly.
Record incident information accurately and prepare preliminary reports.
Perform equipment installation, racking, cabling, deployment and maintenance.
Execute work according to SOPs and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Complete assigned tickets accurately while maintaining SLA performance.
Support site surveys, on-site supervision and minor infrastructure works when required.
