Job summary
Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is partnering with a rapidly expanding data centre developer and operator in Asia Pacific to hire a Portfolio Manager in Singapore. You will drive investment strategy across the regional platform, originate and structure opportunities including greenfield developments, acquisitions and joint ventures.
The role requires strong financial modelling, experience in investment management, and the ability to manage complex portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in investment management, private equity, infrastructure, or real estate, ideally with data centres exposure.
- Strong financial modelling and deal execution skills.
- Proven track record in raising capital and managing investor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop an investment strategy aligned with goals and risk appetite, manage portfolio or create new data centre opportunities.
- Lead process improvements and identify optimization opportunities across portfolios.
- Present findings and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
- Model business processes and assess new investments (brownfield/greenfield/platform acquisitions).
- Monitor investment performance and adjust strategy based on market conditions.
