Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a site-focused electrical/mechanical engineer to oversee contracts, installation progress and ensure timely delivery of data center projects.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors, prepare method statements and shop drawings, and coordinate with suppliers to meet budget and schedule. Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required with 3+ years in construction, DFMA and BMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction.
• Experience in Data Center or DFMA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution of Contracts & Installation progress.
• Liaise with Client/Consultant/contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Report and monitor progress of project to Project Manager.
• Supervise works per contract drawings and specs.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation checks, progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on shop drawings.
• Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
• Assist negotiate on procure materials, equipment and labour within budget.
• Meet with stakeholders to resolve technical/site issues.
• Work with stakeholders on shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, commissioning.
