Responsibilities

The Datacenter Development team is responsible for site selection, acquisition and delivery. As the Data center Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Perform regular site inspections for ongoing construction of data centers, ensuring all projects are completed on time and with high quality standards based on the region's best practices.
• Responsible in technical review for data center infrastructure construction methodology from DC Providers.
• Responsible in setting up construction best practices framework for optimization of resources in respective regions and enforcing the implementation on sites.
• Maintain clear and consistent communications with internal stakeholders for projects update.
• Identify timeline and quality risk throughout the project life cycle.
• Work closely with design, operation and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover process.
• Support and participate in the site selection related tasks in the region.
• Supports the EHS team in identifying key risks and ensuring DC Providers adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at site.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent with experience in a similar field.
• Proven years of field experience in constructions, preferably good familiarity with construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Able to lead and plan construction activities according to the best industry practices.
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.
• Good team player and adaptable to highly dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualification:

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction plans and good knowledge in various construction methodologies.
