Job summary

Pan-Asia-Resources-Pte-Lt is seeking an experienced Data Center Cabling Engineer to manage structured cabling works for data centre projects in Singapore. The role involves design review, installation supervision, and coordination with multiple teams to ensure successful delivery.

The candidate will work with Cat6A copper, OS2/OM4+ fibre and MPO/MTP cabling, and will supervise testing using industry-standard equipment such as Fluke DSX-5000/8000.

Qualifications

• Experience with data centre cabling and structured wiring.
• Ability to read and review AutoCAD drawings and technical specs.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning of cabling systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage data centre cabling design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement, project schedules and site activities.
• Work with Cat6A copper, OS2/OM4+ fibre and MPO/MTP cabling systems.
• Supervise installation and testing using Fluke DSX-5000/8000 or equivalent equipment.
• Coordinate with network, server, security and data centre teams.
• Manage Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) activities.
• Prepare testing reports, as-built drawings and handover documents.
• Provide site supervision, including after-hours work when required.
