Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Business English required; fluent Japanese.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in data & analytics.
• Ability to understand and assemble business requirements.
• Experience across multiple levels of business and IT partners.
• Knowledge of BI, ETL tools, AI, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem solving and analytical design skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and with shared services.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document reporting processes and opportunities for data analytics improvements.
• Demand prioritization and prioritization of user stories with business partners.
• Provide insights into business data to create value.
• Analyze requirements and translate into actionable solutions.
