Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive to combine data analysis with marketing leadership. You will build datasets and dashboards in Excel/Power BI or Tableau, turning insights into concrete sales and marketing actions in a B2B environment.

The role requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong leadership potential, and the ability to guide priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced Singapore setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau; experience building reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive level.
• Proven, data-driven marketing, campaign executive, and lead-generation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.
