Job summary

WANCO MANPOWER PTE LTD is seeking a data operations analyst to maintain and validate procurement and material master data in a fast-paced environment. You will perform data analysis, reconciliation and reporting to support decision-making.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical thinking, and proficiency with ERP systems and spreadsheets. Based in Singapore, the position is a 12-month contract with renewable potential and regular office hours.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Data Analytics, IT, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, master data, procurement support or reporting.
• Strong analytical, logical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, BOM, MRP or manufacturing-related data would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with good data accuracy and time-management skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting tools and business systems.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
