Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd invites applications for a Data Analyst (1-Year Contract) to join our Central region team. The role focuses on data extraction, cleansing and reporting for employee engagement surveys.

You will work with multiple departments, maintain survey records and develop improvements to data management workflows while supporting ad hoc projects and timely communications. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to engage stakeholders

Qualifications

• A good degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with data cleansing, validation, consolidation and reporting.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
• Well-organised, with coordination, documentation and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in survey administration or data management is an advantage.
• Open to entry-level applicants.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and administration of employee engagement surveys, including listings and records.

• Coordinate with departments to facilitate survey administration and monitor data issues.
• Prepare survey communications, emails, slides, reports and meeting materials.
• Provide admin and logistics support including meetings, venue, equipment and coordination.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge management of survey processes, gaps and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management workflows and survey processes.
• Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Data Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Salary: Up to $4,800 per month

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Work Location: Central

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning and administration of employee engagement surveys, including preparing and maintaining employee listings and survey-related records.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, consolidation and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey data.
• Provide analytical and reporting support, including identifying data discrepancies, troubleshooting issues and addressing queries from internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate survey administration, monitor data-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare survey-related communications, email announcements, presentation slides, reports and meeting materials.
• Provide administrative and logistical support, including meeting arrangements, venue bookings, equipment preparation and coordination of related activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management of survey processes, records, identified gaps and improvement areas.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management workflows, documentation practices and survey administration processes.
• Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• A good degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
